Dear Odd Fellows and Pledges,
The Odd Fellows Wine Club gathers again in just two weeks on Friday, November 18, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.. Mark your calendars! The Wine Club is open to all members and pledges and their guests.
Virtually every month we meet to taste and sample wines! The November Wine Club gathering will be hosted by Sherry and Tony Pruitt, and for everyone’s convenience, it will be held in the Lounge, 423 2nd Street, Downtown Davis (two doors down from the Lodge).
Here is what Sherry and Tony request:
1. We will feature Spanish wines. Please bring a bottle of Spanish wine to share for tasting.
2. Sherry will prepare pulled pork sliders for everyone. She asks that you bring an appetizer that compliments the sliders.
3. Since we are holding the event in the Lounge, please bring your own wine glass for wine tasting.
The Odd Fellows Wine Club is open to all members, pledges, and guests of members and pledges. It’s just an opportunity to sample nice wines and socialize. No need to RSVP – just come on over on Friday, November 18 and have a good time! Adults only for this event.
The Wine Club is organized by Elysa Hillis. If you are interested in hosting a wine club gathering in your home later this year, please contact Elysa at Elysahillis@aol.com. We already have hosts and locations for the December and the January wine gatherings. But if you are interested in February, March, April or June, please coordinate with Elysa.
